Phoenix Field Day is happening this Friday, May 27, thanks to the hard work of the CGA staff.
The PTO has volunteered to help provide items and volunteers for this ready-for-summer celebration. Check out the opportunities!
- If you have items to donate, please drop them off Monday through Thursday between 9:30 AM and 2:30 PM;
- Set up is between 8:00 and 9:00 AM on Friday; tear down begins at 3:00 PM;
- Volunteers for the different activities (1 hour shifts) will be working with a teacher and a group of scholars; classes will rotate through the activities.
All scholars grades 3-6 will be at field day from 10:00 until 2:30. We have 14 teams that are mixed with kids from all grades 3-6. 7th and 8th grade scholars are volunteering with Ms. Daniel who is scheduling their station times.
