    1. Winterfest (Feb. 22): Novemberfest is a community-building event for CGA that does offer some fundraising opportunities. Winterfest will be cancelled so that we can focus our money and energy in fully executing Phoenix Fair.

    1. Mrs. Ferrell mini-grant request: Change counter for PennyHarvest (Approved by Board, $60)
    2. Mrs. Ferrell mini-grant request: Pizza party for winning PennyHarvest class (Approved by Board, $100)
    1. Region VI administrator meeting at CGA, April 23rd; request for breakfast for 25 from Mrs. R.
    2. Middle School mini-request for 50 calculators for testing ($1000)
    3. Bench for CGA five year anniversary:
      $1350, A Carpenter’s Son. 6t long w CGA logo engraved
      Needs 6-8 weeks for delivery
      Meets criteria of durable, easily cleaned, portable and branded
    4. 8th grade goodbye gifts 
    5. SpiritWear
      Previous vendor failed to deliver designs on time for review. New designs will be available by March 1 and available for sale by April 1.
