Novemberfest
November is Friday, November 14th from 5-7 PM. It’s always a highlight of the year for our Phoenix families. We include a chili cookoff, silent auction, student vendors, games, a photo booth and so much more.
Silent Auction
We’re currently looking for parents and families to help volunteer. (You can sign up using the link below). We’re also looking for donations for the silent auction. Gift cards, services, experiences, or themed baskets all make a difference! If you can donate something yourself or reach out to your employer or favorite local businesses for support, please contact our auction team by emailing Destini Cole at [email protected]. Every contribution helps fund the enrichment programs and resources that make CGA special for our Phoenix community!
Student Vendors
Is your scholar crafty and/or business minded? We have space for 20 student vendors to sell their wares at Novemberfest this year! All tables are free, but scholars will be asked to donate half of proceeds to benefit the PTO.
Student vendors must arrive at 4:30 pm to check in and set up their table. Set-up must be completed by 4:55 pm. Supervising adults are responsible for providing any funds needed for change from sales transactions.
NOTE: To be eligible for a NovemberFest table, one supervising adult MUST BE present AT ALL TIMES.
Please complete the application form and return it to the CGA main office by Wednesday, November 5th. Selected vendors will be notified by Thursday, November 6th.
Volunteer
Looking for a way to get involved? We have plenty of opportunities to help and we’d love to meet you! 🙂
We’re currently looking for parents and caregivers who can volunteer with our PTO. You can volunteer for one of our ongoing committees or help out at an upcoming event.
Don’t have a lot of extra time? We get it! Just come and help as a one-time volunteer. Meet some other families and some of the amazing CGA Staff.
