- Parent Teacher Conferences; 2nd night is Thursday, 11/16; dinner for teachers from PTO
- Recognition of scholars
- Book Fair open through the end of this week, including during Conference night & NovemberFest
- Request for parent feedback on school schedule; variance to change whole school to middle school

- Almost $200 for box tops;

- Surveying PTO applications to centralize online functions; interest survey to be sent out

- Looking at some grants that we can apply for
- Maybe also getting a comic book artist to show up

NovemberFest Update – November 17
- Friday, 6-8 PM
- This will be a laid-back and volunteer-lite (student craft tables; board games from TableTop; art competition (judges panel and community choice); open gym; YouTube jukebox; spirit wear / gear; 2 food trucks and a dessert cart. Book Fair will be open.
December PTO Meeting – December 11
- Will happen; will probably do a cookies and craft to benefit the teachers
New Business
Teacher Grant Request – Mr. Scillia
- Swimming for middle school students; 3-5 times each semester on Friday afternoons as part of regular PE schedule; $1 leisure card, plus $1 per swimmer per visit.
- Asking for just under $700 (min) but could be up to $1000 (PTO would cover all costs except for the leisure card purchase
- Moved to support up to $1000 for middle school swim program; motion carried
Parent Proposal – Mandy Connor
- Tabled while further research is done about feasibility
Book Fair – donation to support kids who can’t buy books
- Propose to contribute $50 to this fund
- Teachers facilitate which students have access to this fund
- Motion carried
