- Miss Alder and scholars sent blankets to Louisiana flood victims
- Interim reports:
- mailed to Middle School scholars on 9/30
- Sent home with Elementary School scholars on 9/30
- New Partner: Columbus Audubon Center
- Enrichment Clubs begin Monday 9/19
- No classes on 9/23 for Professional Development Day

- A possible error was pointed out in a formula on the report. Jennifer will verify and post an updated report if necessary.

- Fiscal Year Vote: (moved to October meeting due to time) Proposal to change PTO fiscal year to match common (specifically state of Ohio) fiscal year: July 1 to June 30 (would also affect PTO service period)
- PTO Board Expense Authority Vote:(moved to October meeting due to time) Current: Section 4: Duties a. Executive Board. Develop the PTO’s annual budget, establish and oversee committees to conduct the work of the PTO, establish fundraising programs, and approve by majority vote of the Board expenditures of no more than $200.Proposed: Section 4: Duties a.
