Teacher / Scholar Experiential Raffle Prizes

Again at NovemberFest 2016, scholars can enter raffles to spend time doing great stuff with great teachers!  This was a big hit last year!

 

Literature & Lunch with Levy!

Prize winners will enjoy a free book from the CGA Scholastic Book Fair (up to $10), and also eat lunch in Room 3 to enjoy some book talk together.

Recess with Ms. Harris

Popcorn and a video for you and two of your friends during a lunch recess 11:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

Tunes with Tripp

GoNoodle and Lunch with for you and a friend with Ms. Tripp

Principal for a Day

One winner will undertake the colossal and awesome responsibility of captaining CGA for a day.  We will also order in lunch from your favorite restaurant.

Pizza with Stegall

Pizza with Mrs. Stegall for you and 2 friends

Cupcakes with Crosby

Come spend recess/lunch and bring a friend to frost and decorate cupcakes and enjoy lunch together!

Aitken for Pizza

Pizza lunch for you and a friend with Ms. Aitken

Barnes and Noble and Leopold

Two lucky students will meet Mr. Leopold one day at a Barnes and Noble for a drink in the cafe and to choose a book of his/her choice (up to a value of $17).

Lunch with Leopold

Two lucky students will eat their lunches one day with Mr Leopold and, while they eat, choose one book from his classroom to keep.

French Fries with Ferrell

The winner of this raffle will share french fries with Mrs. Ferrell.

Experimenter with Genter

One lucky winner will get to spend time doing experiments with Ms. Genter.

Reading with Ravenclaw
Ms. McGonigle will give $10 to 2 students to use at the book fair.

Sponsor a Teacher Meal at Parent/Teacher Conferences

thankateacherOn the evening of Wednesday, November 16, the PTO will provide a catered dinner for the teachers and staff at CGA who will be at school late for parent/teacher conferences.

$10 will sponsor a complete meal for a teacher and any donation will help us feed the staff as a big thanks for their hard work.

PTO will be collecting donations at NovemberFest on November 11, and you can donate today by clicking CGA’s PayPal Donation link in the sidebar – be sure to write Teacher Meal in the note section!

The meal will be provided by LA Catering.  All of the revenue generated by L.A. Catering after expenses is directed to LifeCare Alliance, a not-for-profit organization that provides a comprehensive array of health and nutrition services to older adults and medically challenged or homebound residents of central Ohio.

Popcorn and cider will also be for sale!

Craft Fair
Featuring local vendors as well as CGA Scholars!

Proceeds from the scholar craft tables will benefit CGA activities chosen by the scholar-entrepreneurs.

Parking will be available at Columbus Africentric High School (300 E Livingston Ave)

The paved area near the back entrance to the school  is reserved for handicap parking
There will be NO parking on the playground for this event
