What is Phoenix Phair?
Phoenix Phair is a year-end celebration for our scholars, staff and families. This carnival-like event includes games, food trucks, dunk tanks … and more! This year’s event will be held May 12 from 6 – 8 PM.

What kind of help do you need?
Contacting vendors, providing content for flyers, working with the Board to stay within the budget. Event-day volunteers also needed.

How much of my time will this take?
Many of the tasks are “one-and-done”–let us know what you have to offer and we will find the right job to fit your schedule!

Will I have to attend a lot of meetings?
Most of the planning can be done via online communications. It will be up to the team leader and the team to decide how many/how few meetings are required.
